Terms of Use

– Eligibility: You must be 18 or older and physically located in Iowa at the time of your visit.
– Telehealth Services: Care is provided remotely using secure video platforms. NightCare is not a substitute for emergency care.
– No Insurance Billing: We are a cash-pay only service. We do not bill or coordinate with insurance.
– Emergencies: In an emergency, call 911 immediately.
– Prescriptions: We do not prescribe controlled substances or manage complex chronic conditions requiring in-person care.

Telehealth Consent Summary

By booking and attending a NightCare appointment, you provide informed consent to receive care via telehealth, including:
– Secure, two-way video communication
– Understanding limitations of virtual care
– Right to decline or stop services at any time
– Care provided by a licensed nurse practitioner in the state of Iowa

You will review and sign our full Telehealth Consent and Services Agreement before your first visit.

Pricing & Payment Policy

Available Care Options:
– One Visit: $60
– Two Prepaid Visits: $100

All visits must be paid in full before your appointment. We accept:
– Credit/debit cards
– HSA/FSA cards

Refunds:
– Once your visit is reviewed and confirmed, payment is non-refundable.
– If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be marked as a no-show.

Electronic Communications

By choosing to communicate with NightCare via email or SMS, you acknowledge the risks and agree to use these channels appropriately.
– Do not use for emergencies
– Use secure portal messaging when available
– You may withdraw consent at any time

Service Area Notice

We currently provide care only to patients physically located in Iowa at the time of service.

Medical Disclaimer & Limitations of Care

NightCare Telehealth is not a replacement for emergency care. Call 911 or go to the nearest ER for the following:

– Stroke symptoms
– Anaphylaxis
– Seizures
– Head injuries
– High fever with serious symptoms
– Severe abdominal pain in pregnancy
– Uncontrolled bleeding
– Dehydration
– Suicidal thoughts or psychiatric emergencies

We do NOT provide:
– Treatment for fractures, dislocations, chronic pain
– Controlled substances
– MAT or complex medication management
– Long-term mental health care
– FMLA or disability paperwork
– Workers’ comp or sports physicals

– Allergies
– Pink eye
– Sore throat, sinus infections
– Head lice
– Skin issues, rashes
– Mild GI symptoms
– UTI and BV (females 18+)
– Prescription refills (non-controlled)
– Work/school notes (up to 2 days)
– Questions about existing mild conditions
