What is NightCare Telehealth?
- NightCare Telehealth is an evening virtual clinic offering fast, affordable care for common illnesses with no insurance needed. Currently open Monday-Thursday from 5pm-11pm. It’s designed for busy people who need care after hours when traditional provider offices are closed.
What are your hours?
- Evening Hours: 5PM–11PM CST Monday through Thursday. We’re starting with reduced evening hours, with plans to grow our schedule in the future
Do I need insurance to use NightCare?
- No, you do not need insurance to use our services. We do not bill insurance companies. However, we do accept HSA/FSA.
How much does a visit cost?
- One single visit is $60. We also offer a prepaid access plan where you can buy two visits for $100 to utilize when you need them.

How does prepaid access work?
- You pay for your visits ahead of time & complete your intake forms so when you need to schedule a visit all you need to do is select an appointment time & be seen.
Can I use my HSA/FSA card?
- Yes! We accept Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Savings Account (FSA) for payment methods.
Is my information safe?
- Yes! We are HIPAA compliant. Your health information and our virtual visits are protected with secure, encrypted systems. We follow all federal privacy regulations to ensure your data stays confidential and is only shared with your consent or when required by law.
Can I get a prescription during my visit?
- Yes, if appropriate, your provider can send a prescription to the pharmacy of your choice.
Can I get a work or school note after my visit?
- Yes, if appropriate, your provider can issue a work or school note for up to 2 days.
